1. Age Requirement

All consumers purchasing from "discreetstallion.com" must be of legal age in their respective state or province. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery of digital products may take up to 48 days from the time payment is successfully processed.

Delivery is completed electronically via email to the email address provided at checkout. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of their email address, including checking spam or junk folders.

Orders are considered “processing” until delivery is completed.

Delays within the stated delivery window do not constitute non-delivery.

3. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

Upon successful payment:

• The Customer will receive an order confirmation
• A separate delivery confirmation email will be sent once the digital product has been delivered

All fulfillment timestamps, communication logs, and delivery confirmations are recorded and retained.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

By purchasing, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for “product not received” before the 48-days delivery window has elapsed.

The customer agrees to a cancellation fee of $35 if the order is canceled.

Any dispute filed prior to the expiration of the stated delivery timeframe is considered invalid and may result in:

• Immediate cancellation of the order
• Revocation of access to the digital product
• Permanent refusal of future service

All transaction data, policies, and delivery records may be submitted to payment processors and issuing banks as evidence.

Customers must contact support first to resolve delivery concerns before escalating to their financial institution.
